It’s nice to meet you.

I’m a personal trainer in Baltimore, MD who loves supporting beginners that may be feeling a little nervous about taking the first step on their fitness journey.

If traditional gym environments feel intimidating, I completely understand: I’ve been there myself. What started as a nerve-wracking first workout eventually grew into a passion for helping others feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.

I offer empathy, guidance, and encouragement alongside personalized, evidence-based strength training. But most importantly, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are, with absolutely no judgment. Everyone starts somewhere, and my goal is to make that somewhere feel like a good place to be. I’m rooting for you!

How it Works

1: Connect

15 Minutes | Zoom

We’ll chat about your goals, fitness history, and what you’re looking for. I’ll also answer any questions you have and send intake forms after.

2: Assess

60 Minutes | 410 Fitness

We’ll review your forms and then go through a movement assessment to help me understand how your body moves and figure out what feels good to you.

3: Train

45 minutes | 410 Fitness

I’ll build a personalized, evidence-based program that matches your needs. We’ll work together in supportive 1-on-1 sessions designed to help you work toward your goals!
